This beautiful penthouse offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca. With a maximum occupancy of 6 people (recommended for 4 adults and 2 children) and a size of 74 sqm, it is perfect for families or couples.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor and has two bedrooms and a living and dining room with two sofa beds. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and refrigerator with freezer. Towels, bed linen and electricity are included in the price.
The direct sea view from the flat's 44 sqm terrace is particularly impressive. Here you can sunbathe on the sun loungers during the day and relax at the end of the day in the evening and enjoy the view of the sea.
The flat is located directly at the sea at the beautiful diving bay Cala Lliteras. The port of Cala Ratjada is only 1 km away and offers a beach promenade with many bars, restaurants and nightlife.
Additionally, you can use a rental safe. The tourist tax is not included in the price. You pay it on the day of arrival at the reception office on site. A deposit of € 150 is payable by credit card. Groups of young people are not welcome.
