About this property

12 Arun St, Arundel

This pretty terraced cottage, which sleeps 4, is situated on Arun St in the centre of Arundel town. There is a double reception room, kitchen, utility, cloakroom, two double bedrooms and family bathroom and a little outside space. The cottage is moments away from the shops and cafés in town and just 5 minutes’ walk from the magnificent Arundel Castle.

Arun St is a quiet road between Tarrant St and the River Arun. Guests enter the cottage straight into a double reception room with comfortable seating for 4, fireplace and TV. The room opens out into a dining room area with seating for 4/6. The kitchen is stylish and fully equipped for family cooking. Towards the back of the house is a utility room, ground floor toilet and outside space. There is a larger communal garden a few steps down Arun St, overlooking the river.

Upstairs there is a lovely big bedroom with kingsize bed and a family bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. On the third floor is bedroom two which also has a kingsize bed.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but they are not allowed on furniture, upstairs or to be left alone in the cottage. There is a £27.50 charge to bring your dog from 3-7 nights and £27.50 for each additional week.

The cottage is very well located for all the amenities in town. Arundel is famous for its castle and cathedral but the town is busy year round because there are wonderful antique shops in town and places of interest to visit. The Arundel area is famous for walking in the South Downs and it is close to the sea. Throughout the summer guests flock to Goodwood which hosts some of the world’s most famous motor and horse racing festivals and Arundel is a favourite base for these events.
