Tucked away in the convenient village of Yapton, this stylish two bedroom holiday retreat is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of West Sussex, inc Goodwood, Arundel & stunning beaches of the South Coast. Set in the grounds of the owners residence it's a perfect choice for couples, friends or small families. Bright and spacious interiors create a welcome space to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. The space features two bedrooms, each with a king bed, offering guests plenty of room to relax. A nice bathroom with a refreshing shower adds to the comfort. Whether you’re here for a quiet getaway or a fun adventure, this perfect spot provides a peaceful retreat. We had a very enjoyable stay and it was comfy and spacious. There was plenty of room for parking. The property was set away from the road along a short drive which meant it was quiet and private but still only a short walk to the village shops. We stayed for four nights and it had everything that we required. The welcome tray with essentials such as tea, coffee, milk and bread as well as some treats were greatly appreciated. If we visit the Yapton area again we would definitely hope that there was availability at The Byre again.

What makes this property unique

The Byre was the original milking parlour to our Grade 2 listed Sussex flint barn. Accessed through an electric gate it is very private with it's own patio area with six seater table.
