Casa da Avó Maria provides the ideal accommodation for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing experience in São Vicente, Madeira Island.



The house features a terrace with a pool area and four sun loungers, offering a ideal spot to unwind and take in the panoramic views of the surrounding nature.



With a capacity for up to nine guests, the house includes three double bedrooms, a single bed that can be converted into a double, and a single sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook at your convenience, with all necessary utensils provided. A Dolce Gusto coffee machine is also available for your enjoyment.



The living room is fitted with a Smart TV, and stable internet access is provided for work or entertainment. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, a second kitchen is available, equipped for barbecues and al fresco meals.



Bed linens and towels are provided for your stay, ensuring comfort throughout.



Private parking is available, Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
