It is located on the first floor of a beautiful building with a lift in a quiet street, within walking distance of the artisan shops and cafes for which this neighborhood is famous all over the world. This apartment is bright, elegant, spacious and comfortable

Wonderful Apartment in Florence

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this apartment. The location is great...not in the craziness of the historical center but close enough by foot to reach everything. We were 5 adults (no couples) and there were enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate us all comfortably. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Florence.

Fabulous Florence

This place is perfect when it comes to exploring Florence by foot and feeling like you are part of the neighborhood. Its a 5 minute walk to the Piazza where all the locals get together at night to dance and party. A 15 to 20 minute walk to all the shops, museum, and Duomo. As far as the place it was so nice. Alot of space for us very clean, and comfortable stay.

Nice apartment in Florence

The apartment is well located and provides easy access to the central Florence area and all of the sights. In some cases we would have liked to use taxis to reach further destinations but there are no taxi stops nearby which was not convenient. Just be aware of that and book rides ahead if you think you will need it. The apartment layout is a little unusual with 2 entry doors. From one of the bedrooms one must walk through one of the other 2 bedrooms or go out through the hall and back in via the other door when heading to the kitchen and family room. The apartment is quiet, and in a quiet neighborhood which is great for sleeping. The Air Conditioning had issues while we were there, but the management company provided us with fans for the bedrooms which helped a great deal. Overall, it is a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

Roomy, clean apartment very walkable to lovely Resturants

Six adults stayed at this apartment in mid-June 2023. The property manager was able to accommodate our later check-in (around 1900) and provide us clear instructions for everything and instructions for the amenities. The apartment has a lot of great living space for sitting at the table, or taking a break around the living room tv. The apartment layout is a bit of a maze, so it would be ideal for a two parent, two children situation, since you have to walk through one of the double bedrooms to access the room with two twin beds and share that bathroom. We made it work as adults as well. Each bedroom had air conditioning, the bathrooms were clean, and the washing machine is also a dryer, which made laundry very easy and convenient. There are elevators in the building for bags and people, and it is only on the first floor (one flight of stairs). The area was safe, and within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant area. only a 15 minute walk across the bridge to the central city area. We had a great experience overall, and no complaints. Would certainly recommend this apartment to travelers to Florence.
