Apartment - New on the Market!
This is a great opportunity to rent an exclusive and modern (Totally renovated June 2023) Beach front, 3 bedroom , 3 Pools, duplex-apartment with best possible location right Next to Both the Harbor, the Beach and old town/ Orange square.

This is as central as it gets!

This is a 24 hour security building with a reception and ATM Machine at the front desk/ entrance.
3 pools, open all year around (also a toddler pool for small children)
Balcony with ocean/pool view
3 bedrooms + a sofa bed downstairs. Sleeps 8 in total.
2 fully equipped Bathrooms

The apartment is on A lower floor but is still very private since it is not possible to look Inside from the garden and Pool area.
Both the lower floor and higher floor has sound proof tiles to make it extra quiet - both Between the 2 floors and Also to the neighbours etc.

More than 4 guests: 200 eur/person (children included) for bedlinen, extra towels, cleaning etc

Parking in the garage (about 10-20 eur depending on the season)

Lovely place

We are a family that stayed 2 weeks in this Amazing apartment. Everything was exactly as the pictures; great views, Amazing location and very modern and clean. We really Enjoyed our stay in this central and stylish apartment. Jessica was helpful and very easy to Communicate with.
