Superb holiday home in Marbella
The house is in the highly secure 24/7 residence 'Torre Real', with automatic gate at the entrance. The residence contains several hectares of gardens, 2 tennis courts, 2 padel tracks, pétanque, barbecue and 2 large and beautiful swimming pools.
The house is 260m² habitable + 40m² garden, and is located on the ground floor of the said residence. Contains 3 bedrooms including a master suite, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, even the dishwasher is there. Large living room with fireplace, a dining room, and a large terrace.
In the garage, we have a reserved place and a box.
High speed WiFi in all rooms.
