The home was excellent, but our 3 day stay was spoilt when we woke on boxing morning at 6am and found no hot water and no heating and although we informed the team and they gave us instructions for resetting the system it still didnt work, so the last 26 hours of a 3 day stay at over 450 was freezing, and we had to wash up crockery and utensils by boiling kettles of water, other than that the actual home was excellent.
