Alegria is a 4 bedroom luxury stylish property with private pool situated at Lagonisi area in the neighborhood of Agios Dimitrios a quiet spot with amazing sea views , serenity and privacy. The beach is 5 minutes drive from the villa.

The villa is spread in 4 floors. On the ground floor area is the entrance of the villa and the entrance of the private parking, a small gym ,a lounge area, a laundry room with washer and dryer and a full bathroom with shower cabin. The elevator also starts here to the other 3 levels.

On the 2nd floor you can find the pool area with amazing sea views and 3 bedrooms sharing a full bathroom with shower and a WC.

The first bedroom features king size bed and has direct exit to the pool and offers pool views and sea views. The second bedroom has queen size bed and also exit to the pool. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds pushed together that can form a king if requested.
