Neu renovierte eingerichtete Wohnung für Paare, Familien oder WGs. Die Wohnung hat 2 separate Schlafzimmer von gleicher Größe. Jedes mit einem Doppelbett. Das 3. Zimmer ist ein Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Küche.

Das gesamte Gebäude wurde vor 15 Jahren vollständig modernisiert und ist ziemlich ruhig und friedlich mit einer guten Mischung aus Familien, jungen und älteren Menschen, die dort leben. Der Innenhof unter dem Balkon ist groß und sonnig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Weißensee. Es gibt direkt vor der Tür eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, die Dich nach Mitte oder zur Ringbahn bringt. Es sind viele Supermärkte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Prenzlauer Berg mit seinen Parks und dem Nachtleben ist nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch der eigentliche Weissensee ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
