The apartment is perfect for families and larger groups who want a quiet yet central place in the heart of Berlin. It is located 200 meters away from the subway stop Wollankstr. It is located in a quintessential Berlin neighborhood with its old town charm. Everything needed for a comfortable stay from bakeries to restaurants and super markets is just a short walk away. The popular district of Prenzlauer Berg is only two subway stops away.

When entering the apartment, you will meet a bright and spacious living area with an open kitchen, TV and a comfortable eating table. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook a good meal. Behind the living area a hallway connects the bedrooms and bathroom.

- Bedroom 2 (pass-through room): Queen-size bed and a comfortable sitting area
- Bedroom 3: Two queen-size beds

All bedrooms are located in the rear towards the courtyard offering a quite night of sleep. The apartment has high ceilings, wood and laminate flooring and is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance to the street. We have a professional house keeping crew to keep our apartments super clean and up and running. We provide white sheets and towels of excellent quality like you would expect in a good hotel. We will try to meet all your special requests like a baby bed free of charge and hope to be able to host you here in Berlin.

This appartement is a location to rent if you want to see the authentic Berlin on the one hand and want to be nearby the touristic spots on the other hand. When you travel with more than four people - this is your flat!

We loved the neighborhood and the easy first-floor access. The flat was clean and very well-stocked with essentials like toilet paper, towels, soap, and dishwasher detergent. I made great use of the massive tub to soak after finishing the Berlin Marathon. But the tub may be tricky for those with mobility issues.One of the single bed bedrooms served as a hallway to get to the shared bathroom. This is important to know for larger groups that plan to use all three bedrooms. We had a wonderful time in Berlin and would definitely rebook with primeflats again.

Gute Lage zur Nutzung des Nahverkehrs

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und von dort Berlin mit Bus und Bahn erkundigt. In der Beschreibung stand, dass es einen Parkplatz gibt, was so nicht zutreffend ist. An- und Abreise können so etwas schwierig werden. Im nahen Umfeld ist eine Parkraumbewirtschaftung etabliert. Die Gebühren betrugen 2,-€/Std Mo.-Fr. 9-20 Uhr. Freie Parkplätze gab es nur selten. Die Wohnung wurde in einem ehemaligen Ladenlokal eingerichtet. Es ist eine typische Berliner Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken, was an den heißen Tagen eine echte Erleichterung war. Es gibt keine Bilder vom Bad in der Galerie der Bilder zum Objekt. Es ist relativ klein und es gab keine Möglichkeit die bereitgestellten Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen. Es fehlen Haken oder Stangen dafür. Die Möblierung entspricht nicht genau den Bildern zum Objekt. Uns fehlten Schränke mit Fächern in zwei der Schlafzimmer, um Kleidung für den Aufenthalt zugänglicher zu lagern. Wir hätten gerne etwas mehr Licht am Esstisch und in der Küche gehabt, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. ;-) Wir haben unsere Zeit dort trotzdem gut genutzt.
