Preis/Leistunsverhältnis?
Die gesamte Ausstattung war alt. Es roch modrig nach Rauch. Es müsste einmal renoviert werden. Store war defekt, Tiefkühlfach beim Kühlschrank war defekt. Im Bad war keine Seife vorhanden. Insgesamt entspricht der Preis der Wohnung nicht dem gebotenen. Die Terrasse war schön. Die separaten Parkplatzgebühren fand ich nicht ok.

Altes Inventar. Rauchgeschmack in den Zimmern. Store im Wohnzimmer war defekt. Im Bad war keine Seife vorhanden. Die Terrasse war gut mit schönem Seeblick. Die Parkplatzkosten extra war etwas ungewohnt.

Une vue magnifique
appartement relativement grand avec une très belle terrasse, un grill et une vue magnifique sur le lac. La cuisine mériterait une rénovation, mais tout le nécessaire y était. Propiétaires très sympatiques et plein de bons conseils.
