2AGN02 - Modern house with private pool located in a residential area.

Beautiful and modern house with a private pool, located in a very quiet residential area, 9km from Lloret de Mar beach. The ideal place to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the disconnection you deserve.



The house is distributed on a single floor, with a living-dining room area (with access to the outdoor area) and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, we want you to feel like you're in your own home. Therefore, it has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a multitude of utensils to be able to prepare delicious meals and dinners.



Moreover, it has 3 double bedrooms. One of them has a double bed en suite (bathroom with shower) and the other two have a trundle bed in each of them. In addition to another full bathroom with shower. The house has Air Conditioning and Air Pump Heating throughout the house, included in the price.



The outdoor area boasts a pleasant private swimming pool, landscaped area, barbecue and parking space for 1 vehicle. In addition to a woodland area with sun loungers.



Free Wi-Fi.



Pets are not allowed.



Groups of young people not accepted. The house is only rented to families. Reservations for people under 35 years old are not accepted.



The house does not have bed linen and towels. These can be rented from the agency with prior notice and for an additional charge.



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Nice place, and, out of Lloret de Mar, but yet a short drive to the city

Nice place, and, out of Lloret de Mar, but yet a short drive to the city. Owner is a great person, but it's the agency who deal with the customers. Pool was cold at this time of year. Safe and nice place to stay, and got everything you need. This place is manged by a agency, so you have to pick/drop the key at the agency. But everything is very quick with them. Very good service

sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

die lage ist top toaster alt und gefährlich, wasserkocher sehr alt und noch gefährlicher, bettwäsche schmutzig mit flecken, im pool geht die farbe ab, die nachlieferung von toaster und wasserkocher war sehr freundlich, auch der "gärtner" der die aufgangstreppe freigeschnitten hat war freundlich, es gibt leider keine liegen - das alternative polsterbett ist zu klein für 2 personen ausserdem sind die polster fleckig und stockig- da legt sich freiwillig niemand drauf - ich habe dann 2 liegen gekauft !!, die sauberkeit im ganzen haus lässt zu wünschen übrig, 1 bad wurde nachgereinigt, aus der küchenabluft tropft das fett heraus auf die platte, die großen panoramafenster sind total schmutzig etc. etc. etc.

Traumhaftes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr hell und geräumig. Moderne Badezimmer, bequeme Betten. Toller Außenbereich, schöner Pool. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Kleiner Abzug bei der Sauberkeit. Staub unter den Betten und die Küche war nicht gut geputzt. Trotzdem haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.Der Check-in war ok. Man muss den Schlüssel in der Agentur im nahegelegenen Lloret de Mar abholen. Die Agentur war immer gut zu erreichen und hat immer schnell geantwortet.

La maison, la terrasse avec piscine , le confort, les équipements, laClimatisation dans tout la maison Les nombreux chiens qui aboient dans le cartier tous ensembles .Les voisins qui laissent une place minimum devant le garage qui rend délicat la manœuvre pour rentrer alors qu’ils n’y a personne des 2 côtés sur 50m
