Access Statement - Len’s Lookout is a second floor apartment located in a Victorian Townhouse. To access the communal front door from the road, there is a small set of three stone steps to a slight uphill slope, this is followed by six stone steps to the front door. Once inside the building, a staircase of seventeen stairs, leads to the apartment’s front door. Inside the apartment, you will find a smaller staircase of eleven stairs, leading to the living area.
