INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
Caletta 53 features a brand new kitchen equipped with all comforts. Some steps lead to the entrance with living room, kitchenette with gas stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning, two single sofa beds.
The covered veranda, equipped with table and chairs, is ideal for outdoor dining and spending a pleasant evening with friends. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a room with bunk beds. A reserved covered parking space is located in the front area.

DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
Caletta 53 is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy the beauties of the area in comfort. It is located within the well-kept residential complex called "La Caletta di Porto Rotondo", nestled in 100,000 square meters of Mediterranean vegetation with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs of the area: centuries-old junipers, olive trees, cistus, myrtle. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana, opposite Portisco, and consists of several small buildings distant from each other in order to create a quiet and secluded environment. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool and tennis court. The whole area slopes down towards the sea, which is accessed via a fairly long and shallow beach, 450 meters away and reachable on foot via an internal road to the complex. Ira beach is less than two kilometers away from here.
The residence has covered parking spaces with Sardinian canopies (one per accommodation), and parking spaces for guests. Just before the entrance is the popular restaurant with a pool “Stella di Gallura”, a popular destination in the summer period.
Less than two kilometers away, about a five-minute drive, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants and nightlife; here you can stroll along the characteristic marina where yachts of all sizes are moored.
