Our newly constructed and furnished 4 bed, 3 bath home is under 1 minute walk to the beach. With two king beds and two full over full bunks with trundles this house comfortably sleeps 12.

Watch the ocean from the upper deck or enjoy the entertaining space downstairs complete with Tiki fire pit area, outdoor bar & TV, Traeger wood pellet grill and Polywood dining table.

We have everything you need for a day at the beach including beach chairs, Yeti cooler, sun tent and body boards!

Incredible beach house!!!

We VRBO a lot and this is absolutely the BEST property we have ever stayed in! The home is immaculate and has absolutely everything you could ever need for a vacation stay. We all loved this property and will be renting again next year. Just perfect!

10 STARS! Best of places

What a great home! So many little and big extras to make our trip comfortable. The home was very clean and cozy. The ocean view and sound of the surf coming in was relaxing and perfect. Just a couple minutes walk right to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We all were sad to leave. Thank you Robin for your wonderful hospitality!

Winter Weekend Getaway

Robin was a wonderful host, extremely helpful and communicative. Everything was just as described as in the listing; the home, the location, the view, and every detail was covered to have a stress-free enjoyable getaway. Everything You Could Want and More!

This property is absolutely stunning and Robin thought of every last detail to make our stay so enjoyable! The home is in the perfect location, nice upscale neighborhood, simple stroll to the beach, and everything we were hoping for in a vacation home. The host was very responsive, kind and attentive, but the best part of the stay were the small details that are above and beyond: sound machines in each room, soft blankets to cuddle up with, really comfortable and quality chairs and outdoor seating, face clothes for makeup removal, coffee and tea bar, popcorn supply... and the list goes on! The home was spotless and had top of the line appliances and kitchen supplies. The best part for us were the beach supplies: a wagon to pull the chairs and beach toys and boogie boards. We didn't even have time to use all the fun games provided! My (very particular) kids have insisted we come back to THIS house for our next family vacation, and I completely agree! Thank you, Robin, for such an enjoyable experience!

We love the neighborhood for great beach access and proximity to the Big Store. It's on a more quiet end of the beach and we love the mix of friendly neighbors we have met since owing the property.

What makes this property unique

We feel the property is set up to host multiple variations of guests. Two or more families with kids, Multiple generations of one family etc. We also feel we have furnished it with modern items and decor that will be enjoyed no matter who visits.
