Beautiful beach front condo with beach chair service included!

Beautiful 6th floor beach front condo at Emerald Beach Resort with beach chair service included! The condo is 800 square feet done in a relaxing beach theme with a matching color scheme throughout. It features a spacious master with a king bed which has a memory foam mattress, perfect for complete relaxation! It has a large dresser with a 32 inch tv and a set of night stands which makes for plenty of room to unpack your belongings! There is a set of bunk beds, with memory foam mattresses, in the nook which allows for kids to have their own space to relax (children under 10 only allowed to sleep on the top bunk bed). If you need more space, there is a queen pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress in the family room. There is laundry closet in the hallway with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you will need including granite counters, dishwasher, microwave, range and full sized fridge. There are 4 bar stools to eat at as well as a kitchen table. The family room features a full sized couch which pulls out to a queen bed, a love seat and chair. There is a 50 inch 4k flat screen TV with streaming capabilities and a DVD player. There is a large balcony with seating to enjoy the gorgeous views!

Emerald Beach Resort amenities include:

1 Adult couple or families only. Minimum age to rent is 25 and proof of age will be required. The renter must occupy the unit during stay, so no renting units for other people. If this is found to be the case, you will be removed from the unit, no refund and will forfeit the damage deposit.

Additional info:

1. Final reservation details will be given 48 hours prior to reservation (door code, parking passes, garage code ect)

2. Check in time is 4 PM CST

3. Check out time is 10 AM CST

4. $200 security deposit (returned after 14 days after inspection of condo for damages)

5. $165 cleaning fee

6. 13% tax

7. Entire balance due at time of booking

8. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Please do not smoke inside or on the balcony. If the unit smells of smoke upon inspection there is an additional $300 cleaning fee and forfeiture of the $200 damage deposit.

Very nice condo..

This was one of my favorite places I have stayed in PCB. We were not able to change the channel on the living room TV and the slider to the balcony was very hard to open other than that it was a very enjoyable stay. Very impressed with the elevators for such a big resort.

Great place

This day was absolutely amazing. Everything that's pictured on the site is what you see is what you get. I hope to be staying there again sometime. The whole place was just fantastic great location great access to the beach the patio setting on the beach I fell asleep on the patio twice on the 6th floor because it was so relaxing. It's a great place to do a recharge from work and that's exactly what I did. Can't say enough great things about the place.

Great Beach Getaway!

This property is exactly what we needed for a quick trip. The space was very comfortable for my family of four. It is nicely decorated and stocked. Communication was quick and friendly.

In town for baseball tournament

Jody was a fantastic owner. Answered my questions promptly, and gave us everything we needed for check in and check out. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. When we weren't sitting on the beach, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony people watching and listening to the waves.

Summer Vacation

The unit was wonderful! View was spectacular! Only issue were the elevators. They had only 2 working and getting to the room was a challenge at times. We did however love the room and view!

Super clean and comfortable condo

This has been one of our favorite rentals. Well appointed with comfortable furniture and all the essentials for week on the beach with a family. The only issue we encountered was with multiple elevators being down. Good thing is that this unit is only 3 flights up from the skywalk so at some parts of the day (dinnertime especially) it is quicker to just take the stairs. Jody was exceptionally quick to help with any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Amazing view, beautiful and perfect condo!

Jody’s condo was hands down the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in, something we really appreciate! Nicely decorated with a beach theme. Furniture was very comfortable, especially the bed! Lots of hangers in the closet was also a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dinnerware, and pots and pans. The balcony chairs were cute, clean, and comfortable. We spent our evenings sitting on the balcony watching the rays swimming near the shore, and the wonderful sunsets. The building is a large building, but after the first day we were able to navigate it easily. The elevators were fast unless you happened to be using them at a busy time of day, which only happened to us once. Communication with Jody was great prior to our stay. We had a wonderful time here and would stay here again.

Vacation Stay

The Condo was very nice .. it was a little dusty and the mirror in the bedroom was dirty. But the check in and codes are awesome and the view was wonderful. There should be something telling you how to get to your room ... very confusing upon arrival. The Elevators were not working ... only a couple of them and people were very grumpy about it... this is not the hostess fault though ..the resort really needs to get this fixed ... several people we talked with said they would not be back because of it .. over 30 minute wait at times... we took the stairs alot b/c we were on the 6th floor but when we went to the beach we couldn't carry everything on stairs so we had to wait forever on the elevator. The water was beautiful and our hostess was awesome and very very thorough and followed through on all emails.

Perfect stay

This is our second time staying at this resort, first time in this particular condo. Everything was perfect, and it was probably one of cleanest condos we've ever rented. Everything was 100%, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

Great property

This was a great property on the 5th floor. View was wonderful. Minimal cleaning supplies so don’t forget to bring or buy dish soap and dishwasher detergent. The beach bar was great, good drinks. The garage is not close so unload at the main entrance then go to the garage. Overall a great experience
