Cool Jazz 13 - Habitat Apartments

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a large double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a Nespresso machine. For your convenience, the apartment also has central air conditioning and heating, a washer/dryer, and a safe box.
A standout feature of this apartment is small private terrace, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy morning coffee.

Key Information for Your Stay
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, as we will be cleaning and preparing the apartment for your arrival.
During Reception Hours (Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM) you will be able to check in at the reception, leave your luggage and collect your keys in case you arrive before 3pm.

Outside of reception working hours
We offer a self-check-in option. To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send you. Self-check-in is available anytime from 3:00 PM after these steps are completed.

Please make sure that all the pending payments are completed before your arrival in order to receive check in instructions.
Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. On the day of your departure, please ensure all your belongings are packed, kindly take out all trash, leave the keys inside the apartment, and close the door behind you.

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

Check-in at 11:00 will only be possible when the apartment has not been vacated the same day.

City tax:
10,45 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
