The apartment is located in the city center, in the picturesque district of Sant Antoni market whose centenary will see from the balcony.

The area is excellent for exploring the city. Due to its strategic location, you can go either walking or in the countless transportation (bus, metro, bike, etc) to places, neighborhoods and most emblematic monuments of the city.

In just ten minutes walking, you will be in Las Ramblas, Plaza of Spain, the Passeig de Gracia, Rambla de Catalunya, Montjuic, Plaza Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter, the Raval, the gothic, or Maremagnum, among other examples.

Taking the subway home at 50 meters you will find in just 15 minutes at the feet of the Holy Family.

Definitely the best place to see the city.

A Barcelona Delight!’

We spent just over a week at the Wood House and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The apartment is well located, clean, functionally equipped, safe and fun. The bed is very comfortable and the balcony was ideal for people watching. The large market with food and clothes was just across the street. Manuel was extremely responsive - a great experience! Get ready for the kitchen and bathroom to bee small - but we adjusted quickly and easily.

Adorable apartment in a great location

We stayed for four nights at this lovely apartment. It is exactly the way it looks in the pictures and is in a fabulous location. Manuel was very responsive to any inquiries we had. Would highly recommended.

Barcelona Perfection

This apartment is perfect for exploring the city and it’s located in a wonderful neighborhood! Restaurants and shops right outside your door and an incredible market across the street. The apartment is beautiful and every need has been thought of.

The place was centrally located, clean and was very comfortable. The kitchen is a bit small to cook.

Not worth it

Fotos are deceiving. The Wood House is actually an indoor Mercado across the street. The rental apt is in an old building with an austere front (not pictured). We found dirty dishes and used pillow cases with previous guests hair oil on them. Had to hunt for bath towels and never located the hairdryer until hours after it was needed hidden on the top shelf of a bookcase. Dead flowers , lack of light bulbs and no batteries for the clock or fan. It’s not worth the price…stay somewhere else. Also access can be very confusing with the download of an obscure app.

Great accommodation and wonderful host

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it had everything we needed and the big market was right across the street. We only ate breakfast in as there were so many fabulous restaurants to try that were just a walk away. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great location!

This is a small apartment in a wonderful neighborhood! If you would like to get away from the tourist areas and enjoy the local culture, this is the place to stay! Manuel, who manages the property, is very responsive. When we couldn't connect to the WIFI upon our arrival, he got back to us within 5 minutes with the new WIFI information. We are very happy with the property and the service we received.

It’s full of character and charm and feels great to come back to after a long day of exploring.

The location was fantastic. It’s also nice being so close to a metro station. The beds were super comfortable. Manuel was wonderful! I would stay here again.

Great location. Perfect neighborhood close to metro. Very clean. The loft is not really usable, perhaps a child or petite person. Easy check in, friendly staff. Perfect for 2 people.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic three day trip at Manuel’s place. It was very clean, comfortable, stylish, and in such a great area! The check in process had technical difficulties but Manuel was very responsive and resolved it immediately. The rest of our trip was perfect. Would recommend this place to any travelers.

Location near Metro

If you are interested in traveling by the Metro this is a convenient place. A couple blocks away and you access a great way to get around. Staying at this apartment gives you the feel of a residence in Barcelona. Much more fun than a hotel vacation.

Great Apt

Location was great! We loved the neighborhood. The elevator didn’t go to the 2nd floor and we had to walk up several stairs (normally would have been fine but had to carry a walker up and down). Look forward to visiting BCN again.

Barcelona central!

Great location in the middle of city! Restaurants and shops all around. Easy to walk to a lot of attractions. The room was very warm and cozy. The decoration just enhanced the feeling and experience of Barcelona. Only insight is the bathroom is a tad small, but overall we really liked the apartment.

Perfect for a small group

Property is full of character. Location is typically small for a central apartment but fully functional for a small group. We were three and loved the proximity to San Antoni market and other amenities. We were also able to walk around las Rambla directly from the apartment. Would recommend for a city visit.

Nice apartment in a great neighborhood

Had a nice stay in this apartment. Checking in we were a little unclear which buzzer we needed to ring to gain access but it all worked out fine. Neighborhood had everything we needed and we easily walked to the other neighborhoods we wanted to see.

Cosy apartment in very good location

This is a cosy base for exploring Barcelona. Most of central Barcelona is a 10 to 20 minute walk away, and local area of Sant Antoni has excellent shopping and eating and drinking facilities. I enjoyed being in the apartment and enjoyed the view from the balcony. The apartment facilities are very good and Manuel was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay

Excellent Stay in Barcelona

It was our first time in Barcelona and Manuel’s apartment could not have been better situated. There are many good restaurants and grocery stores/markets nearby, and it was easy to access all of the major sites around the city. The apartment itself was very comfortable with all the amenities we could have possibly needed, and Manuel was always easy to get ahold of, even when we forgot our keys one time. Highly recommended!

Efficient and clean

We were really pleased with Manuel’s apartment next to Sant Antoni Market. Very accessible location with lots of food options available right in the immediate vicinity. The photos of the apartment are a true representation of the space. Cute and clean and quite comfortable for two.
