Key Information for Your Stay

Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards.

During reception hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM): Check in at reception, leave luggage, and collect your keys if arriving before 3:00 PM.

Outside reception hours: Self-check-in is available.
To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send.
Please make sure that all the pending payments are completed before your arrival in order to receive check in instructions.
Once complete, you’ll receive codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance.
Keys are collected at the Cool Jazz building next to Hot Jazz.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Please remove trash, leave keys inside the apartment, and close the door behind you.
