This modern 7th floor open plan apartment in the Eixample area is finished and decorated to a high standard - only a few minutes walk from the Passeig de Garcia,Barcelona's chic and most famous boulevard. The main living area has the benefit of air conditioning, TV, DVD and leads to a large terrace with incredible views over the Sagrada Familia, which is just a minutes walk away.

The apartment has a Barcelona tourism licence.

The Verdaguer metro station is less than 200 metres away. This apartment is perfectly located to enjoy everything that Barcelona has to offer.

This was the perfect place to stay for a Barcelona Vacation - easy access to everything. The apartment was clean and spacious. The communication with the hosts was outstanding. I would highly recommend! The only recommendation I would give is to change the lock - it is difficult to get a hang of it. Other than that - EXCELLENT!

This place was incredible! The huge patio and view truly exceeded our expectations and we spent tons of time out there. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. I will recommend this property to friends that travel to Barcelona in the future.

Great apartment. Wonderful location. Good food and stores near by. If you’re traveling with kids- this is a great choice as the building is super secure and allows you the flexibility to head down to the corner for a snack and leave the kids for a bit.

Beautiful stay in Barcelona

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Barcelona. It was modern, clean, had all the amenities we needed in a convenient location. Easy to walk to most things within 20 to 30 minutes without being right in the super touristy areas. Convenient coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores all close by. The patio/balcony was an absolute treat letting sunshine in and giving us a daily view of Sangrada familia all to ourselves. We would love to stay here again!

Fantastic stay near Sagrada

My husband and I along with our adult daughter met in Barcelona for a week long stay at this fabulous apartment! Everything was wonderful and we loved the large deck with the great view of the Sagrada. The location was fantastic and we were were able to walk everywhere. Would definitely go back.

This is an incredible location for Barcelona. Very close to the train and all the locations of int.

If you want to be out and about to restaurants or enjoy drinks on your private patio this is the place for you. Comfortable beds and good communication with owners/managers.

This is a very nice place with easy access to public transportation. I would suggest changing the lock on the front door. It is very difficult to open.

STOP! BEST PLACE TO STAY IN BARCELONA

Hi, this was the absolute best place and ONLY place I will ever stay in Barcelona again. I go annually and this is the first time I’ve stayed away from the water and more central and is was amazing. The views from the patio are second to none. Book right away if available
