Communication with the host was first rate. He facilitated a later than normal arrival and the apartment was as advertised. Location was also excellent - central enough to see the sights but rather quiet for a large city. Our family of 4 adults was quite comfortable. Would be happy to stay here again!

Good location, close to central Vienna downtown area. Clean and comfortable. Communication was prompt and helpful. One negative - the unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator which was an inconvenience for a pair of 70 year olds.

Perfect Location

This flat was perfect for us. We could walk or pick up a rental bike to explore Vienna easily. There also many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the checking in and out process was very easy. My only complaint is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, get ready for the extra workout climbing the spiral stairs case!

Two bedroom flat but no living area except a small kitchen. Lacked enough plates/bowls etc for 4 people. Toaster tripped the fuses whenever it was used, so no toast. Overall the Flat was quite worn. No lift for three flights of steps. Would not book again.

Guests can therefore see the room arrangement before booking. We are sorry to hear about the issue with the toaster. Had we been informed during your stay, we would have gladly arranged a replacement or looked into the issue immediately. The building is a traditional Viennese building without a lift, which is also reflected in the listing information. This was a great location- easy to access public transport and walk to district 1. The apartment was outfitted with all the necessary amenities and was spacious for our family of four. I would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist modern, geräumig, sauber und individuell gestaltet. Die Lage ist hervorragend zentral mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants sowie exzellenter Verkehrsanbindung, dabei aber schön ruhig gelegen. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung ist äußerst spartanisch und die Sitzmöbel sind in die Jahre gekommen.Insgesamt komme ich gern wieder.
