A large 42sq.m. studio apartment elegantly furnished and with marble floor.
The living area, lit by a large window, features an elegant dining table for four guests.
There is a kitchenette fully equipped with electric hotplates, an electric oven, a fridge, an electric kettle and a dishwasher.
The sleeping area features a queen bed and a bathroom with a large shower and is equipped with a set of soft towels, slippers, courtesy products for every guest and a hair-dryer.
The apartment has adjustable air conditioning and heat, and a Wi-Fi Internet connection. There are also an iron board with flatiron, and a safe.
At the ground floor of the building a laundry room with washing machine and dryer at complete disposal of our guests.
A Garage is available in the structure (reservation required).

Residence Adriano was founded in 2007 when the decision was made to bring to light the historic building of the former Cinema Adriano. The building has been carefully restored and retains its original external structure, renovating the modern and functional interiors, characterized by “industrial” structural elements belonging to the historic building. All apartments are made up of different sizes and dimensions, silent and bright and surrounded by a magical cinematic atmosphere.
