Casa delle Moline, is a two-room apartment located on the first floor with lift, renovated in 2017.
The walls are furnished with artistic bas-reliefs and paintings that recall views of Bologna.
The exceptional and exclusive location allows you to walk to all the main points of interest in the historic center in a few minutes, namely monuments, museums, universities, theaters, cinemas, markets, restaurants and nightlife.
It is also just as close to the train and courier stations,
at the bus stop that comes and goes directly from the airport and
two covered parking spaces, one of which is guarded 24 hours a day.

You can easily visit the entire historic center of Bologna on foot as at 600 meters (9-10 minutes) on foot through via Oberdan you are under the 2 towers, a few tens of meters you will find all the shops that can serve you for your stay, from two minimarkets, a Conad City, an InCoop, a delicatessen / delicatessen with typical Bolognese food products, and more, countless pizzerias and typical Bolognese restaurants.
We believe in the importance of a warm and pleasant welcome and do our best to provide it to our guests.
We personally receive guests on their arrival and greet them on their departure, we are available for any problems and assistance regarding the stay of our guests.

The final cleaning is included in the cost of the stay, except for the kitchen floor and dishes, which must be left clean and tidy.

A few small rules

⦁ Upon arrival in the apartment you will deliver your personal documents of all people for check in (passports or identity cards) and you will pay the accommodation.
⦁ It is forbidden to bring people or animals into the house without prior authorization.
⦁ Customers have a duty to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartment, we will not respond for the possible disappearance of these objects.
⦁ When you leave the house, turn off the lights, the appliances, turn off the taps, doors and windows.
⦁ It is forbidden to throw waste into the toilet, sinks and other places that are not intended for this.
⦁ No smoking
⦁ Please keep the apartment and treat the furniture and equipment in the interior of the house with care. It is not allowed to move furniture from one room to another.
⦁ From 22:00 to 8:00 is the nighttime quiet period, and from 14:00 to 16:00 is the daytime quiet period.
⦁ Bed linen, towels and tea towels will be changed every 7 days.
⦁ The keys delivered are in the custody of the guests, in case of loss a penalty of € 200.00 will be imposed.
