Moli37 is a lovely holiday home located in the Santa Catalina neighborhood in the center of Palma de Mallorca, it is a property with a privileged location overlooking the port of the city. The property has a beautiful terrace, perfect to enjoy the warm and sunny climate of the island, as well as to admire the views of the port and the bay of Palma. Please note that the house is located in the nightlife district.

The house has three floors: the ground floor has a living room with SmartTV, a fully equipped kitchen with designer appliances and water treated by osmosis, which guarantees an exceptional culinary experience, a small laundry room and a toilet. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is the terrace, where you can enjoy one of the best views of the city at any time. Note that this duplex apartment has just been renovated in January 2023, it is very well equipped and designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience to its guests. Of course it has 2 air conditioning units (warm / cold).

Great stay in Palma
Great location, and good value for our four-day stay. Very clean on arrival. The design of the house is very modern and attractive. The kitchen is well equipped. The property has plenty of storage for your clothes. The heating/air conditioner unit was easy to use, with separate remote controls for each floor. Also, wi-fi worked well. The rooftop is gorgeous, and a great place to sit with some wine and watch the ships sailing in the distance. The rooftop also has a clothesline in case you want to do some laundry. One minor issue– the bed was not quite firm enough for us, but others may find it ok.
