Not even a stay

Upon arrival, property manager told us we had to leave, and he was calling the police, and that we were scamming him. There were other renters expected soon. We tried to explain, and show the receipt, but, they were not believing us. We then booked another room (after having a panic attack at the prospect of being homeless in london). Later, after having contacted vrbo, the renter, then instructed us to come back to the room. Complete and utter nonsense. We are informed that that there will be no refund, because the room was available after all. This was absolutely the worst experience that anyone could imagine. To say that we would never book with vrbo again, or EVER say a good thing about this service, would be an understatement. This was a truly terrible experience.

Awesome Location

It was advertised as a flat but three rooms were on three levels. The kitchen was an entire floor lower. The host was highly unresponsive and inattentive This property should have been labeled as a hostel
