It has two bedrooms, living room, a large balcony with panoramic views, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. It is a 5-minute walk (500m) from the bus stop that in just 10/15 minutes takes you to the Eur Palasport metro or the Eur Magliana metro. Here there is a multi-storey car park where you can leave your car for only € 1.50 all day. The apartment is 2 km from the Regina Elena Hospital (IFO) and 8 km from the Biomedical Campus. A few meters away there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies etc. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and full of greenery. You can take beautiful walks.
