Lovely indepedent accommodation for two.
Lovely indepedent accommodation for two. Spaceous rooms. Good kitchen facilities, although we didn't make extensive use of these. Constant hot water, and options for heating if needed. Owner provided a few basics to get us started, also made tourist information and local Explorer maps available. Quiet location with easy access to explore the area. We can highly recommend this cottage.

The cottage was clean and adequate for what we needed.
The cottage was clean and adequate for what we needed. The bed let the property down, small and the mattress was bouncy and not at all comfortable. No guest book with details of how to use things like heating and induction hob, and when bin day was etc. Basic kitchen items, but would have liked a wooden spoon and food tongs provided. Quiet even though on a main road, but didn't expect a fireworks display and lots of youths outside owners property at 11.30pm!! Sure it was a one off. Overall, value for money. Local pub served great food too.
