La Playita is a nice apartment located just 1 km from the center of Moraira and all kinds of services: a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops, diving center, jet sky, etc... and just 100 meters from the beaches of L'Ampolla, where are good restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment.
La Playita is directly on the first line, in the front is the main road, between Moraira and Calpe, so there is noise on the terrace, which is offset by the stunning views of the Sea and also, the bedrooms are on the rear side.
The apartment is located on the first floor, only accessible via stairs. The entrance leads to a hall. To the right, we have the living room with TV, the fully equipped kitchen and the large terrace with unbeatable views of the Mediterranean Sea. On the left side, we have two bedrooms with a single bed each and a double bedroom with a TV. They all share a shower/WC.
