A really nice sleek Villa

we have just had a great 2 weeks, been to Moraira many times in villas, this one was in a superb location, amazing views and tbe property was well set out with everything you would expect at your home while you are away. Sven is the ultimate professional and made sure we had everything we needed and was available if we had any queries. A fantastic stay.

Beautiful villa and location

The villa was clean and spacious and had all we needed - we (2 adults, 13yo. 12yo) had a fantastic holiday here and would come back again. It is a 8-9min drive from the seafront/restaurants/supermarket but this was no issue for us. The pool was a little cold (end of May) but it didn't stop adults and children using it every day and having a great time! Plenty of good inside/outside seating, BBQ, and being up the side of a hill, the view is amazing! Moraira is lovely, with a nice small beach, and El Portet just a bit further along past the marina has a great beach with paddleboards/kayaks to rent and a couple of bars/restaurants. Market on Friday morning. We also went to Calpe - huge beach with shops and restaurants - good for a visit. We are glad we booked our holiday here.

Fantastic villa - great views

Luxury villa with all mod cons, very spacious and a high standard of fixtures and fittings. Sven very helpful especially when we got lost on the first day. We made use of the downstairs 'flat' especially the kitchen for keeping the beer cool when spending a day at the pool. The pool was great but could do with the addition of a pool parasol as the pool is in the sun all day. My only gripe is that in a two week holiday there was no change of linen or towels but with the washing machine this did not cause too much of a problem. Would certainly consider staying at the villa again as it was probably the best we have ever stayed in for the price.

Fantastic Villa and Host

We had a really lovely and comfortable week at the villa, we have stayed in Moraira many times before but I have to say that this property stands out from any that we have booked before for a number of reasons. It was clean and very well maintained and the hosts are extremely friendly and so helpful. The 180* views are stunning and the villa is clean and comfortable. I expect the addition of air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms would be the only improvement needed for people staying in the height of summer but it wasn't a problem for us as we stayed in October and found the air conditioning unit in the kitchen/living room was sufficient. The separate annex downstairs by the pool went down very well with our 19 year old son. The pool is a good size and with such stunning views while you swim! I would highly recommend! Thank you, we had a fantastic time.

We had a nice stay in the Villa

We had a very nice stay in the Villa. The only concerns we had was at our arrival, we could not get a hold of the agency, and they did not answer several messages before arrival, only after several calls, we reached the operator of the Villa who gave us the code. This could be solved by expressing that you just enter the villa trough a key box and that the agency are not present at arrival, as this would helt a lot with our initial confusion. besides that, there were very few utensils in the kitchen, there were also several small faults in the house such as loose moldings and handles, and a dysfunctional gate. The hot water also disappeared twice, which the host fixed immediately. These things are a shame since the house overall was super nice and the service really good during the stay, so a correction of these fede things will take the house up to an overall 5 stars!

Der Umgang mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Aussicht war noch schöner als in den Unterlagen beschrieben.Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, die Aussicht traumhaft, der Pool war klasse, alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig. Moraira, Calp und Denia waren gut zu erreichen. Auto ist ein Muss. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Wir haben uns gut erholt und können die Villa sehr weiterempfehlen.

Sehr entspannte und ruhige Location mit tollem Ausblick wie beschrieben. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Ferienhaus in Moraira. Das Highlight war der großzügige Pool mit dem Blick auf das Meer – besonders in den Abendstunden vom Balkon aus ein echtes Erlebnis.Alles war sauber und funktional. Das eine oder andere Detail könnte erneuert werden.Herzlichen Dank und Grüße an das Geschwisterpaar, die sich um unsere Belange gekümmert haben.Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt absolut gelungen. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Prachtig huis met een prachtig uitzicht!

Weekje samen met ons gezin hier verbleven. Mooi schoon huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk schoon zwembad én een prachtig uitzicht op Moraira. Communicatie met Sven verliep zeer efficiënt en snel. Kortom wat ons betreft een aanrader!

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die aber durch die Agentur schnell versucht wurden, zu beheben, war es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt Der Blick ist ein Traum Der Pool ist zum Schwimmen ideal Die Entfernung zum Meer war auch kein Problem Ein paar Dinge sollten vielleicht bei Gelegenheit mal ausgetauscht bzw. erneuert werden.

Vue imprenable et magnifique

Quartier très calme et résidentiel un peu dans les hauteurs de Moraira, vue incroyable sur toute la baie de Moraira à Calpe avec son fameux Penion de Ifach. Un léger vent toujours bien agréable lorsqu’il fait chaud. Villa rénovée récemment sur 2 étages mais non communiquant par l’intérieur. Accès via l’extérieur uniquement, bon à savoir et pas mal d’escaliers également. Magnifique piscine bien grande et très propre. Air conditionné mais hélas pas dans les chambres du haut, il y a des ventilateurs. Voiture vraiment indispensable et gps requis car énormément de petites routes où se perdre très facilement. Les + la vue et la piscine, les - les 2 étages non communiquant de l’intérieur qui obligent à tout descendre via l’extérieur notamment si vous voulez manger ou boire au bord de la piscine. Pour les amateurs de télévision uniquement des chaînes espagnoles. Les voisins de gauche n’étaient pas là donc pas de vis à vis, sinon oui sur tout l’espace piscine et la terrasse du haut. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et excellente communication avec les gérants.

Agréable séjour avec vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, Malte a été très disponible pour toutes nos questions. La villa située dans la colline permet une brise de vent toujours agréable. Le mobilier est moderne et fonctionnel. Idéal pour loger à une seule famille. La chambre du bas est plus sombre mais reste agréable en face de la piscine. La vue de la maison fait sa particularité et son caractère exceptionnel.

La villa Letizia est une villa fantastique pour passer des vacances à Moraira. Très bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable, elle offre une vue époustouflante à 180 ° sur toute la baie. Fantastisk udsigt

Skønt hus beliggende fredeligt og roligt på en stejl bjergside. Super servicemindet udlejere, som man nemt kunne få fat i??Eneste minus er, at der er for langt og stejlt at gå til restauranter, shopping mm. Det kræver bil..

Perfect house, peaceful location.... and great view

We rented this house for our family of 4. The house is perfectly equipped and finished to the smallest detail, and super clean, we fellt immediately at home. The beds were great (I have a bad back, so that’s really important) , the towels soft as butter. The terrace and pool are south oriented and on the highest level of the mountain... meaning sun all day and no vis-à-vis, completely private, still close enough to the nice center of Moraira. The view is just incredible, no words can describe the great feeling that view gave us, all day every day. Nadia & Joseph

Dejligt hus med uovertruffen udsigt.

I første omgang lidt svært at få fat på kontaktpersonen, som tydeligvis ikke havde læst vores email med de ændringer vi havde nævnt. Men et par dage før ankomst spillede det hele dog. Dejligt hus med lukket have, fantastisk udsigt og overdækket carport så bilen ikke bliver for varm. Dog havde vi ud fra oplysningerne forventet aircondition i hele huset. I virkeligheden var der kun aircondition i stuen/ køkkenet, hvilket var et problem, da vi var der i den varmeste periode. Problemet blev dog nemt løst ved at man sørgede for en ekstra ventilator, så der var ventilatorer i alle tre soveværelser. Et virkeligt skønt hus udrustet med al service til 6 personer, hvor der er det man har behov for. Har man mindre børn vær opmærksom på at der ikke er invendig trappe i huset, og derudover skråner bunden i poolen fra en fin bred trappe meget og bliver hurtig dyb. Max dybde ca 2m. Der er en stor persienne ved det skønne pool område så man kan få lidt skygge, samt en stor gasgrill, spisebord med 6 stole og 6 solsenge. Der var badehåndklæder til poolen/ stranden samt luftmadrasser, bolde m.m. til poolen. Babyseng og vaskemaskine er også til rådelighed. Nærmeste indkøb og brændstof i Moraira. Bemærk: Bruger du GPS fra Alicante lufthavn kør først til 2. rundkørsel i Moraira fra nord og kør herefter op af bakken, ellers risikerer du at blive sendt ud på nogle forfærdelige småveje oppe i bjergområdet!

Modern House with stunning Views

A wonderful house with a great pool and stunning views of the coast. The house is very modern and on the first floor has a large kitchen/ living room space, 2 bedrooms and a great shower and spacious bathroom and on the ground floor and has a self contained unit beside the swimming pool. Great location as only 5mins by car from Moraira centre.
