Willow Cottage is furnished to a high standard with decor and artefacts that the owner has collected over a number of years. Every effort has been made to make each room different and welcoming. The wood burning stove is perfect for cosying up in front of during winter evenings, and the bespoke kitchen is both practical and stylish. Step out into the garden which will positively enchant you on warm sunny days when you can soak up the sun's rays, or find a shady spot in which to dine alfresco. Split into two, the garden runs down to the River Burn and has an enclosed area which is safe for dogs and children. The decked area which backs onto the stream is an idyllic and tranquil spot in which to sit on a summers evening with a glass of wine or two. Also featured within the garden is a shed filled with an abundance of games for both children and adults to enjoy.

Entrance hall leads to the sitting room. Sitting room With wood burning stove, sofa and two chairs, Smart television with access to a Netflix login, cabinet and books. Dining room With table and seating for six. Kitchen Fridge/freezer with water dispenser, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own pods). Bathroom Bath with shower over, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
There is a door at the bottom of the stairs, and a stair gate at the top. Enclosed, steep, curved and narrow Norfolk winder stairs with a solid hand rail on one side all the way up.
First Floor:
Landing With small wardrobe. Master bedroom With double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. Bedroom two With double bed, chest of drawers and mirror. OR Bedroom three With 3ft twin beds.
Outside:
To the rear is a fully enclosed garden, with steps leading down onto the lawned area offering the perfect place to sit and relax. Towards the end of the garden is a shed, perfect for the little ones to play, filled with a great collection of games for the garden and beach essentials. There is a 3ft fence and gate at the bottom of the garden which leads down to the River Burn, this area is not fully enclosed but offers a decked area overlooking the river. Parking is available on the quiet side lane opposite the cottage.
