The living room, luxuriously furnished and with wonderful views, provides a resting space, equipped with comfortable sofas to relax and enjoy an advanced Smart TV with internet access. In turn, this area also houses a distinguished dining space, designed to accommodate up to four diners.
The kitchen, with an open design, is equipped with all the essential utensils that guests may need to make their stay more comfortable.
The building enhances its amenities with a spacious communal terrace featuring a swimming pool available year-round and a solarium, perfect for enjoying Seville’s exceptional climate.
The apartment is in an unbeatable location, in the heart of Calle Betis, in the cradle of the emblematic neighborhood of Triana. Crossing the river, you will find the city center, while at the door of your accommodation, you can immerse yourself in the typical atmosphere of Triana, with its emblematic tapas bars and renowned restaurants. A few minutes on foot, you can visit the Avenida de la Constitución, where you can find emblems of the city such as the Cathedral, the Giralda or the Archivo de Indias. Additionally, all the necessary services are within a short distance: supermarkets, stores of various categories, pharmacies, etc. This apartment not only provides high-end accommodation, but also an authentic Sevillian cultural experience.
