Very welcoming apartment in the center of Florence with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room with equipped kitchen. It has six comfortable beds. It is located on the first floor of an ancient building, in a historic street in Florence, very central. In the oldest characteristic and central district of the city. 500 meters from the Santa Maria Novella railway station, 300 meters from Piazza della Repubblica and 400 meters from Piazza Duomo. And 200 meters from the famous shopping street via Tornabuoni. It features a kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, electric oven, induction hob, espresso coffee machine. The beds are with very comfortable mattresses, with sheets and duvets. In the bathrooms you will find soft towels for face and shower. Check-in can be done at any time, self check-in

If possible, We would rate this experience 10. The flat is gorgeous, well decorated and immaculate. The hosts were easily accessible and accommodating. And the beds were extremely comfortable!!!!

Perfect for our stopover in Florence

We only had one night and day to visit Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. Everything was walkable and it was clean, functional and thankfully had AC because it was almost 100 degrees. Giovanni was a great host with very helpful and prompt replies to our questions. Next time we will stay here longer in beautiful Florence.

In the heart of Florence.

The apartment was perfect. It was centrally located and a short walk to everything. We spent 5 nights and enjoyed being able to come back to recharge during the day. It was quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable! It really ticked all the boxes!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We enjoyed staying here. When a local friend wanted to stay with us, we were charged an additional 50 euro, which was annoying. There is a courtyard right off the apartment but you do not have access to it, and someone kept taking phone calls in it, talking loudly and disturbing our kids as they tried to sleep. Other than that, it was well-appointed and clean. It was a nice spot to come back to at the end of a busy day exploring.

Excellent property for families

My family of four had an outstanding stay at this property in Florence. Excellent location. Close enough to walk to all main areas of the city and far enough away to avoid the crowds. Host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent dinner and gelato recommendations. Unit was comfortable and well maintained. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very nice, as described. We loved the whitewashed wood on the ceilings, a great touch. It was small, but accommodated 4 adults. It was wonderful to have 2 bathrooms and showers. It was very warm in Florence, and the air conditioning worked very well. There are some steps to carry up your luggage, we had huge bags, but we did alright. No complaints, we enjoyed our short stay. We would stay again, you can walk to just about everything. The train station is super close.

This apartment was exactly what we needed and the location could not be beat! Great restaurants and gelato at our doorstep! Walking distance to all the great things to see! Our host was friendly and very responsive! My daughter needed to use the wifi for a job interview in the states and Giovanni assured me she would be fine with a great wifi connection and he was right! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Perfect location. Great for family as 2nd bed has 2 single format. Giovanni was very helpful and check in and out was a breeze.! Groceries on same block. We used metro to get around and easy walk to river. Not all hosts support travellers so well. thanks we enjoyed your space.

Wow, beautiful and in a great spot!

This property was stunning, very traditional feel with AC and two bedrooms. Right on the same street and a 3 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio bridge and around the corner from the Palazzo Ponte Vecchio. We walked maybe 10 mins in any direction and saw the best parts of Florence. This is a must stay and the hosts were very kind and helpful! Will definitely be booking again the future after our first time in Florence.

Fantastic

What a beautiful apartment, so clean and new. After traveling a few weeks through Italy and staying at some places that were not what I thought I booked, it was refreshing to walk into a place that looked like their photos! Highly recommend location is fantastic as we had luggage and came from the train station so was only 5/10 min walk. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will be back

Great location for seeing all the sights in Florence. Very central but also quiet. The windows provided great soundproofing! The check in was easy with pictures provided for very clear self check. The apartment is accessible by taxi and close to the Arno. Only confusion was that I wasn’t told to leave the cash payment of the taxes in the key box. It wasn’t a problem but should have been made more clear in the instructions. Unit has AC which is rare! Comfortable beds. Recommend!

Fabulous Florence Apartment

We stayed 2 nights in this fabulous apartment. There were two adults and a teenager and the apartment catered to all our needs. There was enough room that it didn't feel crowded at all, and having two bathrooms was a plus. The apartment has all the conveniences of home. The location was excellent with the train station, restaurants, a small supermarket and shops all within easy walking distance. Check in and check out were simple and Giovanni was a pleasure to deal with and communicates very well. Francesca and Giovanni are wonderful hosts going above and beyond to provide recommendations and directions and making us feel at home. We greatly appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to drop our bags earlier than check in time. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you
