The house also has two full bathrooms and a toilet, as well as a magnificent terrace with outdoor furniture.



In this exclusive apartment you will experience the feeling of having the Zurriola beach at your fingertips, as it is just 150 meters distance on foot. An excellent location, from which you can easily walk to the beach or any interesting point in the city.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a unique building with six floors in total, with a lift from the entrance and without architectural barriers.

Amazing apartment - clean, spacious, nicely decorated, great location. Our host, Aymar, was very kind, articulate, could speak several languages and even helped us pre order a taxi to the airport as we had a language barrier with the taxi operator. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others when they visit San Sebastian.

Perfect location- a short walk to the old town and sea, but best of all amazing pintxos on our street. Hosts were so helpful prior to arrival and settling in. Apartment is immaculate. Definitely recommend- thank you so much!
