The Space:

Discover the charm of our apartment on Rua Adolfo Casais Monteiro, near the Palácio de Cristal, a vibrant cultural centre. This retreat combines art and innovation, perfect for experiencing the essence of Porto. The apartment offers: Bedroom: A cosy bedroom with a double bed. Kitchen: Fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Living room: Spacious, with a sofa bed and dining table. Balcony: Small balcony with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing. Bathroom: Fully fitted, with all amenities. For your comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning, a bathroom with underfloor heating, a dishwasher, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the flat, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, patio and laundry room. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy the vibrant Rua Adolfo Casais Monteiro, a modern cultural hub with supermarkets, restaurants and a variety of shops. Explore the art galleries on Rua Miguel Bombarda, just a short walk away. Just 300 metres away, discover the stunning gardens of the Palácio de Cristal and panoramic views of the River Douro. A short walk away, visit the Romantic Museum or the Soares dos Reis Museum. Around 1 km away, explore Porto’s sights, such as the Clérigos Tower, Galerias Paris and Avenida dos Aliados.



Getting Around:

Make the most of the excellent public transport links in the vicinity. The nearest underground station offers quick access to the historic centre and the main attractions. For those arriving by plane, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is easily accessible by underground or taxi, with convenient journey times. Paid parking is available nearby, providing a practical solution for those travelling by car.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 on the cost of water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! You just have to ask (consult us for the price)
