Penlan - 3 Bedroom Cottage - Saundersfoot

Penlan is an exquisitely furnished three bedroom cottage sleeping six situated in Saundersfoot, just a short walk from its picturesque harbour and beach.

Upon entrance to Penlan you will find two spacious living areas one either side of the hallway, both with ample comfy seating with the main lounge benefitting for a large smart TV and a log burner, perfect for those cosy nights in. Continuing through Penlan you will find the dining room and kitchen. The dining room hosts a large table with seating for eight and the kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook up a storm. Downstairs you will also find a utility room with a washing machine and a w/c.

Heading upstairs you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a King size bed and beautiful views out onto the garden. The second bedroom also offers a King size bed and the third is a beautiful bunk bedroom.

Penlan has the most beautiful of gardens all around the property hosting a BBQ and a large table perfect for those warm summer evenings.

This property also benefits from off street parking.

Great property, cleanliness could be better

Overall the property is fantastic. Great location, parking, garden space, quality BBQ and sizeable rooms. Only two issues: When showering the water would leak through the floorboards. This was mentioned in the guest guide which suggests it’s a known issue that’s not getting resolved. Sadly this meant we had to rush every shower. It also seemed that the house hadn’t been fully cleaned. There was plenty of pet hair on the floors (and my wife is allergic) so we had to vacuum the house day 1
