In a beautiful, well-maintained residence, this apartment sleeps up to 5 people in comfort. The open-plan living room is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, a dining table and large French windows leading out on the shaded, private terrace. The separate kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven and fridge/freezer.

The outside space allows guests to really enjoy the natural beauty of the area. There is a dining table on the private terrace where you can dine al fresco. There are other communal areas and a swimming pool for cooling off during the summer months.

Porto Cervo, on Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda, is one of the most glamorous resorts in the Mediterranean. It is famous for its elegant and luxurious villas, hotels, boutiques and restaurants. The centre of Porto Cervo features a main square surrounded by fashion stores, jewelry stores, and outdoor cafes. Porto Cervo is also famous for its exclusive marina, which hosts luxury yachts from around the world. It is a great place for people spotting.

What makes Porto Cervo truly special are its spectacular beaches, with crystal clear waters and white sand. Some of the most famous beaches include Spiaggia del Principe, Liscia Ruja and Capriccioli, which offer an idyllic setting for relaxing in the sun and bathing in the turquoise waters.

There are many night markets around Porto Cervo including San Pantaleo and Cannigione (both 20 mins) where you can find a wide variety of local crafts, fashions and fresh produce.
Olbia\'s airport is about 45 minutes away. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2024 to the 15th of September 2024
