All of this is possible in this beautiful villa with rustic interior and a breathtaking view of the countryside and the azure sea. And the Côte d'Azur of course can be considered a culinary paradise.

Villa La Fermic is situated at 400 meters above sea level with stunning and quiet surroundings and a beautiful pool. From the villa you'll have a fantastic view of the Côte d'Azur.
Villa La Fermic lies in the hills behind Mandelieu and Cannes, less than half an hour's drive from the airport in Nice. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating a maximum of 8 persons.

The villa is situated in a pleasantly quiet area with a large private pool (6 to 12 meters). The grounds span 1 hectare with an enchanting sloping garden with several terraces and shady spots. In front of the villa lies the pool with at the bottom a mosaic-patterned mermaid. The possibility of pool heating makes swimming in the spring and fall a delight. The dining/living room with fireplace is decorated with great charm and includes a dining table that fits at least 8 persons, a large plasma TV (107 cm) with a satellite dish (also for English channels) and a large collection of movies on DVD. Free Wi-Fi internet is available.

The blue Provencal kitchen is very well equipped and provided with all comforts.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor with a spacious bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.

The first floor has another 3 bedrooms, including a children's room (for 2 children). This one is connected to the parent's bedroom and both bedrooms share a bathroom.
Available for children: 1 bedstead, 1 highchair, 1 highchair to connect to table, baby bath, 1 dresser, swing, trampoline, table tennis table, football, pool toys, badminton equipment, family board games, playing cards.

The third bedroom (max. 2 persons) has a phenomenal view of the city Grasse and has its own bathroom with shower. On this floor there is also a separate toilet.

The studio is located underneath the ground floor and has a separate entrance through the garden with a terrace from which one can enjoy the view of the Mediterranean Sea. The studio is also equipped with a TV with satellite dish, a washing machine and dryer, kitchen block, freezer and a bathroom.


The surroundings of Villa La Fermic

Villa La Fermic is located in the hills behind Cannes, less than half an hour's drive from the beaches of Cannes, La Napoule and Theoule Sur Mer. During winter it is only a one-hour drive to the skiing stations. Villa La Fermic lies in the Tanneron Massif in the middle of the Mimosa area. In January and February the mimosa bloom spectacularly. Here you can hike for hours and not come across a single soul.
The beautiful Lac de Cassien is only a half-hour drive away; a lake where you can go for a refreshing swim or participate in a variety of water sports.
For golf enthusiasts there are over 10 great golf courses within a range of 40 kilometers.
