Guest Access:
If you decide to book with us, a member of our team will be awaiting your arrival at the property at the time you would indicate us. We will show you around the property, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you are comfortably settled in.

To ensure you enjoy a smoth check in, we will ask you to inform us about your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, so we can plan the best possible welcome for you. If your travel plans mean you will be arriving late at night, please note that we can still accomodate you.

Luggage: If you are arriving before 3 pm, we have luggage storage service available from 10 am.

Parking: we do not have parking facilities, therefore we recommend Stasher find flexible and cheap parking spaces available around you. Alternatively, Q-Park Lane is a 2minutes walk from the apartment and you can leave your car for £50/24h
