Our completely renovated house in the center of La Jarrie opposite the shops will welcome you with its large living room open to the equipped kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms and the private garden at your convenience 3-
Welcome to our charming 80 square meter house located in La Jarrie.

This house has a recent equipped kitchen open to a large living room, a desk with fibers and a sofa bed, two bedrooms with storage and a bathroom.
washing machine and dryer are available.

Garage and private parking as well as a fenced garden with barbecue, outdoor table under the trees.

Opposite the house are a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank, while a tobacco bar and a bakery are present in the village.

For dining, there are a variety of options available, from food trucks to take-out restaurants, to gourmet restaurants to suit all tastes.

Ideally located between La Rochelle and Chatelaillon, it is the perfect starting point to explore the region. The beaches are only a 15 minute drive away.

Super Ausgangspunkt für Städtetouren und Strandbesuche

Das Haus liegt an einer viel befahren Kreuzung gegenüber eines Supermarkt, in 500m Entfernung findet sich ein hervorragender Bäcker, die Infrastruktur hat uns sehr gut gepasst. Ein Teil des Garten ist sehr schön, den restlichen haben wir nicht benötigt. Im Haus hat es uns an icht gefehlt, alle benötigten Haushaltsgegenstände sind vorhanden. Mängel: - leider riecht es aus dem Keller (feucht, Salpeter) - in beiden Schlafräumen "muffelt" es feucht, die aufgestellten Luftentfeuchter schaffen keine Abhilfe. Bei der Ankunft wurde das von strakem Raumduft überlagert
