About this property

Villetta Batik - in a residence with pool

Recently renovated small VILLA with lake view in a beautiful residence with large swimming pool and green area. We are located in Calmasino, only 2.4 km from the lake. The property is divided into a living room with sofa bed (width 140 cm), kitchenette with washing machine, one double bedroom, one bedroom with 2 bunk beds, bathroom and a covered terrace area. It has a small private garden with 2 parking spaces. Also satellite TV, wifi and air conditioning.
The area is quiet and convenient to essential services (bakery, grocery store about 300 metres).

The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September.
