3V Apartments UGO WITH POOL

TWO-ROOM APARTMENT ON THE MEZZANINE FLOOR IN A RESIDENCE WITH A SWIMMING POOL IN THE CITY CENTER
If you wish, the following are available to you: an uncovered parking space next to the apartment or in a fenced-in car park about 100 metres from the apartment at a discounted rate of €15 per day, or, subject to availability, a private locked garage for €20 per day. (Availability to be confirmed at check-in.) The apartment does NOT come with sheets and towels; if you need sheets or towels, we can provide them for an additional charge of €20 per person per stay (If you need extra sheets or towels, they will be charged at €10 each). If you’re travelling with a pet, your pet is welcome for a small additional fee of 20€ per pet per stay. The day before check-in, please confirm your arrival time so we can welcome you at the apartment. Early check-in before 11:00 a.m. (if available) is available for a €50 surcharge; check-in after 6:00 p.m. incurs an additional charge of €10 per hour. You can contact me at +393450843585.. Overall, it was a relatively satisfactory stay. The apartment’s location is ideal—it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the town center or the lake. However, there’s room for improvement in the apartment’s facilities. The showerhead in the bathroom was broken, covered in limescale, and couldn’t be secured in place. Since the room was on the ground floor, we had a lot of ants in the bedroom on rainy days. Additionally, neither the sink faucet nor the shower faucet could be adjusted to a fine setting.

Super Lage, super Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist aber extra zu bezahlen, übliche warm-/ kalt Wasserprobleme in der Dusche, Klimaanlage schafften wir nicht anzuschalten, ansonsten sauber und sehr nette Gastgeberin!

Grazie per la recensione, ricordo che il parcheggio è a pagamento ed è segnalato in fase di prenotazione (esterno a 15€ e box privato a 20€ al giorno). Per tutti gli inconvenienti ricordo che, in fase di check in in presenza, sottolineo di chiamarmi per qualsiasi dubbio, informazioni o problemi. Quindi mi dispiace che non mi abbiate contattato per risolvere ogni vostro dubbio o problema. La prossima volta andrà meglio, A presto Cristiana
