5 Elements Villa Charme is an elegant residence up to 13 guests that enjoys a magnificent view of the sea and the island of Ortigia and in the clear days of the imposing volcano Etna. Equipped with every comfort, this brand new Villa combines a luxurious decor with Baroque contaminations, essential architectural lines and technological equipment. From mid may to mid october or upon request you can relax on the terrace and enjoy the WHIRLPOOL for 5/6 people with chromotherapy, with an extra fee.
Luxury meets Sustainability is our motto. The Villa is certified NZEB "Near Zero Energy Building" in respect of our planet. Upon entering you can admire the garden, the "relax area" surrounded by pitosforo that will make you appreciate the sun’s rays but will protect you from the wind. Relax on the sun loungers, walk barefoot on the grass picking the sweet tangerines directly from the plant. Upstairs you can relax on the sofa in the large veranda overlooking the sea and dine admiring the sea and the lights of Ortigia. The house allows great privacy to guests as most of the rooms are equipped with its own bathroom inside. Two rooms enjoy sea view. The kitchen has all the latest technology and the Nespresso coffee machine. Going up to the top floor you will reach the beautiful terrace with breathtaking views of the sea .Furnished with Minipool, table and chairs, sun loungers, outdoor shower. The house is equipped with all green technologies to exploit renewable energy and in full respect of sustainability. 50 meters from the sea and in 15 minutes by car the island of Ortigia.
With 1/2 guests the available room is 1 - with 3/4 guests the available rooms are 2 - with 5/6 guests the available rooms are 3- with 7/8 guests the available rooms are 4- with 9/10/11 guests the available rooms are 5 - with 12/13 guests the available rooms are 6, this last room offers a sofa bed. Rooms 1/2/3/5 offer a private full en-suite bathroom. Rooms 4 and 6 share a large bathroom in the hallway. If you would like to occupy one room individually, please make a reservation for two people. Available washroom with sink/washing machine.
People who are not part of the reservation are not allowed to enter the villa, except for special agreement with the owner.
We and our co-Host will always be available to our guests, both personally and by phone. We speak several languages : French, Spanish, English and German.
Extra charges may be required for the use of mini pool on the terrace. Local taxes are not included. We recommend that you carefully read the information on the rooms to book based on the number of guests. The Villa is located in the natural marine reserve of Plemmirio, one of the most beloved landscape areas of Sicily and very dear to the historic world record freediving Enzo Maiorca who trained in these waters. The silence of the Plemmirio and the relaxing beaches of the area will leave you an unforgettable memory.
