Tout simplement un vol
Nous n'avons jamais pu accéder au logement puisque le code qui nous a été transmis n'ouvrait pas la boîte contenant les clefs.
Après deux heures d'essais sur cette boîte les appels téléphoniques n'ont servis qu'à perdre du temps puisqu'on nous a refusé toute aide en n'envoyant personne pour nous ouvrir.
Cerise sur le gateau l'hébergeur nous refuse le remboursement en prétextant que nous n'avons pas pris l'option sur Abritel, une arnaque pure et simple de la part d'un hébergeur fainéant et malhonnête.
