The day before your stay, we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond with your expected arrival time. Check-in is performed directly at the accommodation from 3:30 PM, but please note that check-in between 7 PM and midnight incurs an extra cost of €30.



At the time of check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

Spacious villa for party of 6

The property is well located in the Vila Senora de Rocha community, with its great communal pools area. Convenient for visiting the Algarve. The villa was spacious enough for our group of 6, and feels airy with its high ceilings. It was clean on arrival.There is AC, although we didn't need it in October. It could do with a little TLC generally, but all small stuff. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and the repair guy came promptly,
