This beautiful villa is the perfect choice for families and friends. The villa is located in Pernera within walking distance to the beach and to all amenities of the resort. Three bedrooms are located upstairs, one of them is a master bedroom with its own bathroom, the other two share a family bathroom.
The modern living room is tastefully furnished, the open plan kitchen has all the necessary electrical appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Outside you will find a round swimming pool, a cozy courtyard from which you can get into a small green garden surrounded by a fence for the safety of children. The
nearest beach is 600 meters away from the villa.
