It is designed with an open floor plan. The living space features two convertible sofa beds, a dining table for four, and floor-to-ceiling windows leading onto a private and furnished balcony perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom upstairs has a delightful queen-size bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Lively Clérigos is known for its namesake church, an ornate 1700s baroque structure whose iconic bell tower dominates Porto's skyline. Homely restaurants and chic cafes cluster around Jardim de João Chagas Park, the University of Porto's stately buildings, and the imposing Carmo Church with neoclassical tiles. Upscale boutiques line Rua das Carmelitas, while Rua da Galeria de Paris is a hub for nightlife and bars.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, Av.aliados, is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 37-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Important note: The apartment is located on a slightly busy street, so there may be some noise.
