Nearly new apartment 80 metres from the sea, with a pool, two spacious terraces (18 m² each), and an underground garage. Two bedrooms. Located in a gated community next to the Azohía pier. Central air conditioning. Ideal for families with children (during the swimming season) and for retirees (due to the peaceful surroundings). Located in one of the least developed areas of the Mediterranean. Three of its four beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag Azul. Registration: Tourist Apartment AMU 373-1.
