Lovely cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna attractively located in Kærgården in the first row with beautiful views of Krik Vig and Agger Tange and with only approx. 100 m to bathing beach with jetty. The cottage has an 18 m2 large swimming pool with space for the family to have fun together, whirlpool for 2 people and a good sauna. The living room has a good wood stove, internet, TV with international channels and DVD player as well as stereo system. In the well-equipped kitchen there is a stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. There is washer and dryer. There is a heat pump for heating the pool and domestic water as well as heating the house, which provides low consumption costs. The house is continuously modernized and there are four good bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one has a bunk bed. In addition, there is a large loft with TV and with four beds for the kids. There are two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. In the area there is a large playground with i.a. petanque court, mini golf m.m. A short drive from here is the old cozy fishing village Agger with shops, restaurants and the large dunes and super sandy beach.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
