Spacious holiday home located on a large holiday home plot by the attractive Grønhøj Beach, which is considered one of the best by the North Sea. The cottage has an open kitchen in connection with the living room and living room. In the living room there is a wood burning stove for an evening coziness as well as cheap heating of the house. There are two bathrooms, both with underfloor heating. One has both a whirlpool and access to the sauna. The whole house has underfloor heating. The cottage also has a lovely conservatory with direct views and access to the terraces. Around the house there are several terraces where the sun can be found almost all day. Here there are plenty of options for e.g. play with the children, sunbathe, relax or have fun around the grill. On the house's 2500 m2 large plot there is plenty of space for play etc. For the youngest there are both football goals and swings. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
